the issue have fixed now!
the old plugin was uninstalled in J4x as far i remember, but the modules was still there, so I had to remove it in J5.x, the PHP warning issue have disappeared since I've removed one of module.
All I'm saying is that PHP warning issue would be nice to tell me where's the issue is as it doesn't say anything specific, I had to thoroughly everything and found one of module which is not compatible with J5.x if it make sense! I'm happy now, I just don't know how to explain clearly.
