So you have Joomla 4.4.2 and a custom component that is not responsive (mobile friendly) in the /administrator/ back-end?
Maybe you could contact the developer of that component about this issue?
Alternatively you could create (or find someone to create for you) a template override for the back-end views. With the proper HTML using the right CSS tags you might improve the layout for tablets and mobile phones.
